Steel polish with hare nail art

[EN] I bought this polish ages ago - in winter I think, and have just tried it now. It's Katana by Dance Legend's steel collection. It's a very unusual polish, and I appreciate it that the brand creates such interesting collections.

[EN] This silver polish has a mixture of effects: metallic (basic effect), foil or mirror effect (visible in sunlight), lots of shimmer (visible in electric light). In the shadow the polish looks if not nude, at least very neutral - I even forgot to look at my nails when woke up in a cloudy morning! But in the sun the polish sparkles and captures so much light that I can't stop looking at my nails. On the whole, I love the effect and the idea of the polish.
[RU] Этот серебряный лак содержит набор эффектов: металлик (основной эффект), фольга и зеркало (заметные при солнечном свете), большое количество шиммера (заметное при электрическом освещении). В тени лак выглядит если не нюдовым, то по крайней мере очень нейтральным - я даже забыла посмотреть на ногти, когда проснулась в пасмурное утро! Но на солнце лак сверкает и ловит столько света, что невозможно перестать смотреть на ногти. В общем, мне очень нравится эффект и задумка лака.

[EN] The quality of the polish is great, which usual for the brand. The formula is rather liquid, so I applied 3 thin coats of the polish to make it look not sheer. The brush in the small bottles is more comfortable for me than the one in the big brand's bottles (both brushes're flat, but the small one is thinner and can seem round - the shape that I prefer).The polish doesn't bubble, or chip or flake on me - it just wears off a bit on the edges by the fourth day. Well, you still can see the brush's print on the surface, but less then in any other metallic polish I've used, and the print smooths under a top coat. One more thing I like is the shimmer removes together with the polish and doesn't spread all over the fingers.
[RU] Качество лака отличное, что вполне типично для бренда. Консистенция довольно жидкая, поэтому я нанесла 3 слоя лака, чтобы он не выглядел прозрачноватым. Кисть в мини флаконах Дэнсов мне удобнее, чем в больших (оба варианта кистей плоские, но маленькая кисть поуже, отчего она может казаться более круглой - а это форма, которую я предпочитаю). Лак не пузырится, не скалывается, не трескается - он лишь затирается на кончиках к четвертому дню. Ну да, следы от кисти, конечно, есть на поверхности, но гораздо меньше чем в других знакомых мне металликах, да и под топом все слегка выравнивается. Еще хочу добавить, что шиммер удаляется вместе с лаком, а не размазывается по пальцам.

[EN] The nail art was inspired by a manicure flash mob whose topic was nails to accessory. I chose a funny mirror hare pendant out of my silvery trinkets. I asked my boyfriend's advice how much or a hare to draw on the accent nail, and we agreed that the ears and the top of the head would look nice and funny and not too much. I mixed black polish with the base silver color and painted the design with my fave thin brush from Born Pretty store.
[RU] На нейл-арт меня вдохновила тема маникюрного флешмоба - ногти под аксессуар. Я выбрала забавный зеркальный кулончик с зайцем (под названием Солнечный зайчик - и он реально пускает зайчика в форме зайца, ахаха, ну вы поняли) из своей серебристой бижутерии. Я посоветовалась с бойфрендом, как много зайца нарисовать на акцентном ногте, и мы согласились, что уши и макушка будут выглядеть мило и не чересчур. Я смешала черный лак с базовым серебряным и нарисовала дизайн своей любимой тонкой кистью из Born Pretty store.
